The Installation Process

The floor is ready for light foot traffic in 24 hours and full use in 72 hours. Epoxy rarely stands alone on a well-built garage floor — it's the structural base layer that a polyurea or urethane topcoat gets applied over. The epoxy does the heavy lifting of bonding to concrete and filling surface pores; the topcoat adds the UV stability and flexibility epoxy alone doesn't have.
